Despite her retirement from WWE in 2016, Stratus has gone back into action several times, including going head-to-head with Charlotte Flair at SummerSlam 2019. There she proved that she still has plenty of skills to offer inside the ring. If the WWE Hall of Famer shows up, she is most likely to go up against current SmackDown Women’s Champion, Sasha Banks or two-time SmackDown Women’s Champion, Bayley.

4. Braun Strowman

Braun Strowman had a 2020 filled with highs and lows. The Black Sheep won the Intercontinental Championship, and later won the Universal Championship from Goldberg. Last year, he was drafted into Raw, where he feuded with Keith Lee before the two became a team at Survivor Series, assisting Team RAW to defeat Team SmackDown. The following night at Monday Night Raw, Strowman was suspended after headbutting Adam Pearce.

Rousey first made her WWE appearance as a contracted Superstar at the 2018 Royal Rumble. She hasn’t been in the ring since WrestleMania 35 where she lost her Raw Women’s Championship title to Becky Lynch. The former UFC star brought a lot of attention to the growing women’s division, so she would get the fans talking by returning in the women’s Rumble and winning.

2. Brock Lesnar

Lesnar hasn’t been in action since WrestleMania 36 last year, where he lost his WWE Championship title to Drew McIntyre. While his contract expired in August 31st, making him a free agent, there have been reports that the company wants him back. Lesnar returning at Royal Rumble could be a nice surprise for fans and it would be interesting to see his feud with Keith Lee and McIntyre, as all three Superstars fought each other in the 2020 Royal Rumble match.

The PPV will take place at the WWE ThunderDome at Tropicana Field in St Petersburg, Florida.
