It’s week eight of Super Rugby, and there’s more fixtures heading your way this weekend.

The Crusaders remain top of the New Zealand Conference, as well as the overall table, while the Rebels and the Lions summit the Australian and South African groups respectively.

All three are playing at home in this round of matches, giving them the best chance to maintain their positions. However, the action begins in Dunedin on Friday, where the Highlanders and the Hurricanes will both be eager to bounce back after disappointing results last time out.

Next up will be the Stormers visiting the Reds in Brisbane in search of their first victory on their Australasian tour.

Friday’s action is rounded up by a South African derby as the Lions welcome a Sharks side reeling from a defeat to the Bulls in their last outing.

Saturday begins with an early morning start – if you’re in South Africa, that is – as the Crusaders square off against the Brumbies in Christchurch, followed by what promises to be fierce battle between the Blues and the Waratahs at Eden Park in Auckland.

The high-flying Sunwolves will be looking to claim another Aussie scalp as they visit the Rebels in Melbourne, while the Bulls conclude the weekend’s action as they host the Jaguares at Loftus.
