Jacob Zuma’s wife, Tobeka Madiba Zuma, wished him a happy birthday on Instagram by sharing an adorable photo to her Highlights.
Of course, Twitter will also remind you that it is Zuma’s birthday today by unleashing a barrage of colourful balloons when you visit his Twitter profile.
Don’t let Twitter fool you though, it’s still a heartless mistress and marked one of uBaba’s portrait photos as ‘sensitive content.’
If all else fails and his day turns out to be crap anyway, he can still celebrate his youngest son’s one-year-birthday. Sakhaumuzi was born on 12 April 2018.
While thousands of netizens took to Twitter to congratulate Zuma on his 77th birthday, the sentiment wasn’t shared by everyone.
“In case you are scared to wish Jacob Zuma a happy birthday on the probability that he will use it to get the ANC to give him another billion of our tax money you can wish the Teenage Ninja Turtles a happy prerequisite existence day.
No! His no president, ex singing, dancing and twitting president

“We love Zuma as a person…not as a President. He was terrible at his job.”
Happy Birthday President Jacob Zuma.
I miss you. My dollar based income has fallen since you resigned.

@PresJGZuma May your day be the same as the millions of South Africans you represented, that your pool water is as clean as the water these people have to drink, that your lights shine as brightly as Eskom allows, that your upgrade is better than their hope for a toilet #ZumaDay

So people out here wishing Jacob Zuma happy birthday and tweeting things like “The only black president South Africa ever had” or “The best President this country ever had” #BayanyaNha???? Do they not see the mess he left this country in? 😣 pic.twitter.com/ljIpMjL2QI
