When is the Cannabis Expo 2019?

The expo will be held at the Grand West Casino, in Cape Town, from Thursday, 4 April to Sunday, 7 April.

The event’s doors are open to those who have a keen interest in the medicinal and agricultural aspects of the industry.

What to expect at the Cannabis Expo

The Convention Stage is where you will want to be. Industry experts, as many as 14, will take turns in sharing their knowledge about the ins-and-outs of this business.

Enthusiasts will be taught about the laws around cannabis in South Africa, how to obtain a grower’s permit, the appropriate tools to use and the best fertilisers needed to grow the finest crop.

The three-day affair will feature the likes of Dr Shiksha Gallow, a lead researcher and doctor at Cannabis Oil Research; Cornel van der Watt from The White Lion; and Mahmoud Hanachi from the Dutch Passion Seed Company.

Tickets to the event are available for purchase here.

Pre-sale tickets are flying for R150 per person. If you, however, can’t purchase tickets online, people can gain entry for R200 per person at the venue.

The expo will return to South Africa again in June (Durban) and November (Pretoria-Johannesburg).
